"My husband and I hired Marvin to refinish the hardwood floors in our condo in Gloucester. From the moment we first met Marvin when he came to do the estimate until the time came to say good bye at the end of the job, our experience was outstanding. He is extremely polite, personable and professional and he is an excellent communicator. He patiently answered any questions we had and thoroughly explained how the work would be done and how long it would take. He even called us one time when he was going to be 10 minutes late because of heavy traffic. How many tradesmen do that? Marvin's business website states that Calvary Flooring is dedicated to providing quality service for a reasonable price, that their first priority is their clients and their needs, and that they strive to provide total customer satisfaction. These are not "just words" that sound good on a website. This is a perfect description of Marvin's business philosophy, integrity, pride in the quality of his work and sincere desire to provide 100% customer satisfaction. It was a pleasure to have Marvin work in our home---he was careful and considerate in bringing equipment in and out of our personal space and the common areas of our building. "Edgar and his crew tore out the old dilapidated curbing in front of our house, on a steep hill with quite an incline, and replaced it with large pavers/ stones. It looks beautiful. They did a great job. They were polite, respectful, skilled, efficient and neat. They cleaned up as though they were never here, leaving us with just a front yard (wall) to be proud of!
