Get matched with top walk in tub installers and replacers in Gloucester, MA

"Hired Bay State to take out my old bathtub and shower and replace it with a new walk-in shower. Fabio, the installer, and Daniel, his helper, were excellent! Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"

"The installation of the walk-in shower was done in a very timely and professional manner."

"We were looking to replace a tub and fix a leak in our old house. Jeff came and inspected and gave us a very reasonable estimate. They replaced the tub and the tile contractors were great. We then thought we'd just throw in a change of toilet and that then revealed a serious flooring problem. We ended up remodeling the small bathroom and Jeff did a great job. He is honest and wants to make the customer happy."

"Humberto and his crew did a phenomenal job plastering, painting, and installing trim. I have done a lot of work in 2 different homes, 1 multi family, and worked with many contractors. Humberto is straightforward, honest, and requested my feedback throughout. Will definitely hire again."

"We acquired a condominium on the 2nd floor of a 2 family house in Arlington. MA. The existing hardwood floors were beyond repair and we wanted to add a 2nd bathroom. In addition we wanted to integrate the existing sun porch into the living room to more than recover the area lost to the new bathroom, and install central A/C. We had estimates from three other contractors before we met with Pedro from Crystal Renovations. His pricing was very competitive relative to the other contractors, but that was mostly due to the others trying to add work that we didn't want or need. Pedro listened to what we wanted and worked with us to accomplish it. From the very beginning of the project until the end Pedro was always responsive and answered, emails, texts, and phone messages in a very timely fashion. He and his crew and subs were a pleasure to work with and any issues that arose were dealt with in a calm and professional manner. Before and during the project Pedro made several design suggestions such as recessed lighting on the sun porch, shower stall light, and new bath layout that definitely improved on our original thoughts. In the end the project came in on time and with a very small increase to the original estimate despite some challenges he and his crew had to work through. The best part, though, is the absolute impeccable quality of the finished product. We highly recommend Pedro and Crystal Renovations and plan to use them again in the near future."

"We had an emergency at work. Our walk in cooler had been damaged by a massive, hidden roof leak. The DiOrio crew worked around the clock to completely rebuild it. They finished just in time before Christmas to allow us to keep operating. The finished product was and will be excellent for years to come. As much to my employees, I owe the DiOrio crew my thanks."

"This was our second time hiring Norman Builders and the experience was just as amazing as the first! Ryan and his team remodeled our kitchen in 2018 and we knew right away that we wanted them back to do our master bathroom. The communication was seamless and the quality of work done by Brian, Kevin, Lance and all of the plumbers and electricians was top notch! Everyone was amazing especially when dealing with all of my questions and design ideas, including rearranging the layout and plumbing to accommodate my request for a large picture window with a soaker tub in front of it and having multiple shower heads that all function independently as well as together! The heated floors are also a favorite as well as our closet that Brian designed! We are so thrilled with the the final results and our bathroom is now a sanctuary that I never want to leave! Thank you Norman Builders!!"

"Had to call them back for an area that had been missed, but they fixed it quickly. I did have them give me an estimate to remove a barn I had which I thought was far too high."

"We had our change over from tub to walk-in shower installation and we're very pleased with it . We would like to praise the 2 men that did the installation, Aldama and Andre. They arrived on time, covered floors and carpets and began work. They took no breaks and worked continually until finished. They answered my questions and kept us informed of what they were doing, and made suggestions about placement of the seat, shelves and non-movable door which we had not thought about. They were upset when they found that 2 gaskets for doors were not included in door kit so they could not finish the job 100% and told me they will make sure the gaskets were put in ASAP. When finished they cleaned ALL debris and left EVERYTHING spotless. If I ever have another project done it will be PIC Home Pros."

"Marco is great - he is exceptionally easy to work with, and there are none of the conflicts that we have had with other contractors in the past. The work of his crew was very high quality, and he was able to meet several tricky design ideas that we created. His crew chief was also good to work with and is highly recommended. Marco's prices are fair, and he stuck to the initial quote except where we added special requests during construction. I have recommended him to several friends and am confident in doing so for others. The only criticism is that some of the specifics were not fully conveyed between Marco and his crew, which sometimes caused rework. if things had been clarified before work began on each step, we could have weighed in with our choices and avoided the miscommunication.? When this happened, Marco and crew took responsibility for the updates."
