"Very professional and on time reasonable price. I am concerned as I am not the professional. The work was completed when I went to look it over the spots that were cracked and the reason I called this person to assist me with were still showing some cracks and missing grout spots. He was kind enough to go over the 5 spots I pointed out and the 2 areas were cracked but this is where my concern starts. When I am told the work is done and I look it over and see that it is not done completely, I worry about what I am missing as this should have been seen from the beginning. Maybe I am worrying to much but that gives me a very uneasy feeling. Once time passes and I use the shower a few times with no issue I will update my rating but as of now only time will tell. Nice people just left me wondering if it was all done correctly and to last."

"The carpet was thoroughly cleaned and all dirt/stains were removed. However, it took two months to clean the carpet and far more of my time than I had wanted to spend checking on it and trying to pick it up. After three weeks I called to inquire and was told that they had "started" cleaning but hadn't finished. No problem. A couple or three weeks later when I called (no calls from them in the meantime), I was told they couldn't find it but would search and get back to me. The following day they called to say they found it, shortly before they took several days off for the Christmas holiday (no objections). I then had to go to their shop three separate times during published open hours after the New Year before I found someone there. This service is far more trouble to deal with than the value they provide."

"Adams Flooring did a fantastic job installing white oak flooring in my bedroom. Willing to service Kilmarnock and the team was on site every day at 8 am. The owner, Doug, was present and working most every day. Did everything right to assure a quality outcome - wood was delivered a week in advance to acclimate and at the completion of the project, the gloss didn’t quite match the rest of the home flooring. Full disclosure,I had requested the incorrect sheen, but Doug just added another coat and made things right. I enthusiastically recommend Adam’s Wood Flooring."
