They took pictures and showed me what they were seeing. Manager Elier Flores came out and did a full inspection and quoted reasonable prices for the needed repairs to include replacing the ridge cap. I have had several different roofers out within the last 5 years of owning this townhouse. I have had to have the ridge cap repeatedly repaired. This is the first company to show me before and after pictures along with providing an explanation of why they had a better solution vs their competitors. Highly satisfied with the overall experience."

"Hire this Contractor!! Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Mike and crew were superb workers, tidy, punctual, and tenacious when it came to getting a difficult job completed. We are extremely pleased with the work. They replaced the main house roof shingles, repaired a carport that had some rotten rafters, sheathing, and facia, put on a really nice TPO sheathing designed for a low-pitched roof. All wood was wrapped, and gutters installed. The detailed processes for all work was phenomenal. Mike oversaw all details, as well as doing much of it himself. Mike's crew did excellent work even when Mike wasn't present, and they were extremely courteous and respectful, and took a lot of pride in their work. The place was left clean each day, all debris carried away, nails picked up, walkways, deck, driveway swept and blown off. I interviewed 5 contractors before selecting Jim Hicks and his group.  Jim came across as honest and forthright, I did not get a sales pitch.  He listened to what I wanted and came back with a fair quote.  It wasn't the least expensive, and it wasn't the highest.  He took the time to meet with us twice before we could decide. 

After selecting him, he set us up with his general contractor, Justin.  I felt comfortable working with Justin from the very start.  He made himself accessible to me at all times, by phone, text or email.  He constantly kept me in the loop on what was happening when, which team would be working, and worked harm to make sure we were inconvenienced as little as possible.  He took time to explain what was being done, in what order, and why.  His teams; the engineer, brick workers, framers, and drywall installers were all very professional.  They all worked together, and showed respect for each other, Justin, and our home.  One structural issue came up, and Justin halted work immediately until it could be addressed and resolved. We have a steel home, so attaching the roof presented some challenges.  He continually worked hard to make sure I was getting what I wanted and worked with me on designing and deciding on details as they came up.  Justin paid very close attention to details so that the finished project was correct, many of which I wouldn't have thought of, or known enough to ask.

The project from start to finish took from April to October, came within a couple thousand of the original quote (because of some added features) and I am thrilled with the results.  In order to save money, we requested to do the finishing work ourselves; trim work, tiling, door frames, painting, etc..  They were very flexible, working with our requests, and did everything they could to make our work easy and offered helpful suggestions along the way. 

The room is beautiful, exactly what I wanted.  It works seamlessly with the rest of the home, and doesn't look like an addition.  We will definitely use them again if another project comes up.

Contacted All American painting & Home repair company based on Angie's list reviews. Mr. Wayland (Eddie) arrived, gave us an estimate, took his time explained everything he was going to do and how he was going to preform the necessary work that needed to be done. We had a few set backs based on the  weather as this was all exterior work. Paula(Eddie's wife) kept us informed , excellent communication, as to when he would be arriving and when he was not. Eddie and his assistance Orval are hard workers, very detailed, very professional. Windows look brand new.

This is a family owned business, that provide outstanding service, we have referred him to our neighbor, we would not hestitate to use this company in the future. Very pleased. They are located in Front Royal Virginia just to make sure you have the right company.

"2 gentleman from Walls Construction and Handyman came out and cleaned gutters thoroughly. While there they did free roof inspection and found that 2 roof boots were cracked. They notified me and I told them to go ahead and repair them. They are one of the most outstanding companies I have ever had come out and do work on my house. Greg Maratto was very polite, experienced and just an over all joy. The office staff was also very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend using this company for any of your construction/handyman needs.
