After a consultation and some measurements we had a shopping list and some guidelines. Chip would check in from time to time and was available to answer any questions we had during the purchasing phase. We also received a project worksheet that was updated weekly via email with a summary of the project's status during the work phase. The guys were great, all skilled and a pleasure to be around.
