"I'd had a evaluation and estimate from Exterior Solutions and after then not having received a call back or return email (the inspector had also pulled a loose single from my roof leaving it exposed) I went back to Angie's List. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. "I was concerned about the cracks on two patios and a set of steps. Figuring I needed them lifted and resurfaced. Jim came out conducted a full inspection and told me the honest truth that I could spend the money to have them come in and do the work, but this really was something that was more suited for a DIY situation as long as I felt comfortable with some basic tools and abilities. If I got in over my head they would certainly come and fix everything but for the time being and the cost of materials, this was something I could handle. I can't express how refreshing it was to have someone honest come into my home and not treat me like an idiot and take advantage of a situation. HONEST!!!"
