Frank was fast about reaching out to us and setting a time to come by for the quote. Once Frank arrived, we found him to be very knowledgeable about trees, how to groom them correctly, and what we should do for the up keep. We were very impressed! Also, he showed up the day our trees were being trimmed by his crew to make sure everything went according to plan. They were fast, efficient and left my yard and drive way cleaner than it was before. We definitely plan to use them again in the future!"

We have many mature trees that require frequent trimming. There are Live Oaks, Red Oaks, Crape Myrtles, Elms, Yaupon, and Japanese Maple. Over the years I have used several tree services, with mixed results.

I heard about S&P from neighbors who were very pleased with their work. I requested an estimate. Jesse came the next day. I was very impressed with his professional manner and the courtesy he showed me. The estimate was fair so we made an agreement.

The work was completed easily in one day with a large crew. Jesse was available throughout the day to make sure the work was being done to my satisfaction. The crew showed the same degree of professionalism and courtesy as I had seen from Jesse.

After the trimming, all the debris was removed carefully.

"Very well. The owner came to look over my trees, was VERY informative and detailed, even gave me lawn care advice. We scheduled the service, and right on time, his crew showed up(with him) and performed the work. The trees look PHENOMENAL. Clean, letting more light in, off the roof, etc. Only thing I'd say was LESS than perfect, was at one point one of the limbs fell on my wife's Canna plants. Thankfully it only broke one stalk, and they have recovered fine. Also--I'd have preferred to have the "pruning sealer" sprayed on the trunk where the large limbs were cut off. We decided to have only top half of tree removed, and left a 6-8 foot stump. This was $300. Sounded like it would cost $600-$800 to have entire tree and stump removed, which we didn't want to do at the time. Crew finished the job within an hour or two of getting the quote. And cleaned up all the debris very nicely!! Would like to use them again in the future."

"This is the second time I've used Wright Way tree service.  Jonathan Wright and two helpers are very professional and do a great job on our trees.  I called Jonathan our this time because I had a partially dead silver maple from the drought last year.  He quoted me for the normal tree service, various landscaping maintenance, and the removal of the dead tree and one small tree that was encroaching on the alley.
They performed all the work exactly as detailed during the quotation and on the date agreed upon.  The date was scheduled around my yard waste pickup day so that the trimmings wouldn't sit in my alley long. Jonathan Wright walked me around the house after the completion of the work to verify that all work was completed to my satisfaction.

"This is one of the best experiences I have ever had with a company! Professional, courteous, hard working, Chad answered the phone immediately and told me that since he had a job nearby, he would be over within 30 minutes. He arrived on time, and he impressed me with his genuine friendliness. As he explained how he would trim the trees, I could tell that he had both knowledge and concern for what was best for our trees. After talking with two other companies, we decided on Chad, and we were lucky that they could do the work immediately. The three-man work crew arrived quickly, and Chad introduced us to them. Christian is the boss, and he impressed me with his knowledge of trees. His father Raphael works with him, and Les was the third worker. They worked continuously for about 3 1/2 hours and cleaned up completely. I watched them as they worked and realized what a dangerous job this is if you don't know what you're doing. When cutting off the big limb, Christian would saw, then climb down the ladder and reevaluate from all angles. Using ropes, when the biggest piece of the limb was cut, the ropes kept it dangling in the air until they carefully lowered it to the ground. I would not hesitate to use them again, and I would highly recommend them to everyone."
