"Gary and his team were extremely easy to work with; they were professional and friendly. We changed our plan (and the estimate) several times without issue (Gary was very flexible). Work began almost immediately, and moved along in a timely fashion; however, we had some special-order materials in our project, and the project took longer than expected because we had to wait for the materials to arrive. They reversed the swing on two of our existing doors, so we didn't have to purchase new doors (or waste the old ones). There is no indication whatsoever that they had done that - the work the carpenter performed was exemplary. We had some complicated wiring involved in the project, as well - the electrician seemed to handle it easily (and everything works as desired). They even encountered an issue with our air handler that was complicated, and they were able to resolve the issue as if it had never occurred. We did encounter some issues after the project was completed, but Gary responded immediately and ensured that the issues were resolved. Finally, we were not charged extra due to any of the surprises that arose during the project. I would recommend GBP Contracting to anyone who is considering remodeling.

"I checked out quite a few companies before hiring Christian and Randy with Everything Residential and I’m sure glad I found them! I wanted to convert an old detached garage into a full office. Once we dug into the structure it needed a lot more that I had expected and they were on top of it. They reframed half of the structure, redid all of the siding completely finished out the inside of the office in a modern industrial style and I can’t be more happy with the outcome. Way better than I could have ever imagined! This company has been awesome to work with. Save yourself some time and just go with these guys, you will be glad you did.
