"Terrific job from start to finish. They installed new oak flooring and refinished old floor. Luke demonstrated deep knowledge of the product and passion for doing everything right. Communication was great. Their dust management was prenominal. The floor is beautiful. I recommend them without reservation."

"My experience was great, there was a problem with my floor, he went picked up the materials needed, came back to wrk same day. He finished the job next day ahead of schedule. My condo looks like a new lighter space. I’m so happy!! Thx Miguel and crew!"

"The company owners and sales team were excellent - professional, but friendly and buoyant. They addressed any issues immediately. However, there was a significant language barrier with the installers, which lead to come communication issues. The overall work looks good, but there were quite a few issues: the work took 5 days to complete; the porcelain was busted off both of my toilets, and all of the bolts for both toilets were missing; no caulk between the tub and tile floor; the installer used Liquid Nails because he did not have any white caulk on the top of the baseboards; the finished edge of my new carpet met with grout and the metal tack strip was pulled from the floor and left floating. All of the outstanding issues are things that I can fix but are the details that make a good job great."
