"Avoid this company at all costs and find a trusted local plumber instead. I have roots in my drain, so every year I have to get them cleaned out. I've used Elite once before, and I decided to use them again. But this last time when they showed up, I scheduled what should have been a simple $79 annual pipe cleaning. Instead, it immediately turned into a hard-sell pitch for an $8,500 trench-digging and pipe replacement ? a major job that might be needed someday, but certainly not urgently like they claimed. (Mind you, they didn't even guarantee that this would fix all my problems. They said there might need to be more jobs that get done after this $8,500 job. ) They used sales tactics to try to scar me and make me think that I would only be getting this price for one day. I declined MULTIPLE TIMES because I wanted a second opinion, and I?m very glad I did. ALSO - Despite paying the $79, they didn?t even clear the roots from the drain ? they just told me it was ?too overrun? and then "

"This was the worst experience I have ever had , he arrived at a rental we handle maintenance for and upon arrival said it appeared to be vacant so we asked for photos to verify the address and if the home appeared to be occupied , he then asked for a trip fee before he would send any photos we asked for , at this point we agreed and sent the trip fee upon receiving the fee Mr, gunderson did not believe that we had sent the funds even though we sent a screenshot of the payment sent won?t confirmation number, he actually made us sit on a call between his and his bank to verify which we gladly did, once it was verified he stated he would send the photos immediately, after about 5 mins he sent a new message stating he spoke with the app Chat GPT and it said that he shouldn?t send them photos because it sounded like a scam, so he proceeded to tell us he would not send photos unless we send additional funds, he is a scam I would never recommend !!! "SCAM-SCAM-SCAM ELITE ROOTER came to the house with a $79.99 special to clear a clogged pipe using a snake. The $79.99 first it became over $500 to do jetting which I agree to do. However, shortly after that they told me that it will be over $3,000 to replace 10 feet of pipe that had a bad section. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER. They charged the credit card in advanced, didn't complete the jot and is not refunding the money! VOID AT ALL COST. I had to get another plumber to complete the job because the $3,000 to replace $10 feet of pipe in an open basement seem outrageous. The other plumber clear the clogged pipe with a snake and said that the pipe didn't need to be replaced. SAVE YOURSELF SOME GRIEVE AND USE ANOTHER PLUMBER. I have now a double bill because they are not refunding me for the uncompleted job."
