He took pictures to back up his diagnosis and came up with a plan to resolve it. I had two other contractors out to give estimates that did not accurately diagnose the problem and suggested complete roof replacements. Jose was able to schedule me within the week, and he and his crew did a fantastic and efficient job. I would highly recommend J&C Construction and would hire them again for future projects. "

Steve inspected the roof section and suggested that the wetness was due to condensation. Vents were installed and small section of roof was replaced at a very reasonable cost.
