"Perdido Heating and Air responded to an urgent call when our main HVAC blower fan bearing started making a very loud noise.  They provided us a quote and scheduled the repair at our convenience.  We also asked them to rebuild the plenum and remove the mold around the duct work which was performed at the same time as the new fan motor replacement.

"The dispatcher told me that someone would be at my home between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM but since there were several trucks operating in my area the possibility was good that someone could be there earlier. Eventually i was notified that the time would be moved out to sometime between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. They eventually arrived at around 8:30 PM and determined that the equipment that they had could not be used in my pipes and even if it could they could not access my roof vent due to the fact it was dark. They did offer a substantial discount for the job due to the lateness of the call and set up an appointment for the next morning at 8:00 AM. The technicians arrived at around 8:45 the next morning and did a wonderful job of completely clearing the drain in around an hour. They were especially good at explaining what they were doing as well as using gloves and shoe covers to protect floors and cabinets. So despite the scheduling snafus there was a good outcome."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from start to finish. Brandon was very helpful with the estimate, communication, and coordination of the job. His partner and his son arrived on time to replace our gas water heater. They were courteous, professional, and very thorough. During the installation, they discovered an unexpected leak at the main water line and were able to take care of that for us as well. They even made several trips to Home Depot to get the parts they needed, and they cleaned the garage completely before leaving. Brandon continued to keep me informed afterward regarding the permit and inspection, and the final inspection passed without any issues. The price was very competitive and the best of the estimates I received. Overall, I was very pleased with the service, communication, and quality of the work. I would definitely recommend Brandon and his team."

"Wahoo has always done well for me. Their process is simple, the plumbers always walk me through the reasons for the repairs. They've replace a toilet, patched up a leaky pipe and regraded my main drain line once when I was having issues. Awesome team."

"Prompt service and a fair price to repair a broken water main."

"Wow I am so impressed with G&R Sewer! When I had a drain line problem and sewage was backing up into our short term rental, they were on site quickly, worked into the night to get it draining and quickly provided a competitive quote for the repair. They were professional and efficient; at a better cost than the big plumbing companies! We’ve worked with a few different plumbers in the area and I will now ONLY hire G&R: they’re the best!"

"I definitely recommend Will and his team for any plumbing services needed. I've hired them to do several major projects in the last few years, including new main sewer lines with grinder station, new build bathroom plumbing, and upgrading existing plumbing supply lines. Always a pleasure to work with and everything is clean and professionally done. Thanks again!"
