It took years for the line to become clogged by roots. They pushed through the clog with a lot of time and effort and verified the rest of the sewer line was fine with the camera. They arrived on time and updated me on the progress with pictures. Scott either answered his phone when I called or quickly responded to my voice mail within a few hours. Aaron is very polite and answered any question I had about the job so I proceeded with them. To me it was a catastrophic issue that needed immediate attention. I see some reviews stating they are pricey and that could very well be since I did want to wait around for multiple quotes that could have taken an extra day I went with them since they were the most responsive. They had to dig through very hard soil to reach the tank but managed to do so and with persistence reached the lid. They pumped out the tank in short order. I would rehire and call them again when time to pump again. Very satisfied with their service."
