"We just bought house in Cape Coral and needed pressure wash tile roof and stamped concrete driveway. Felix gave us very competitive quote over the phone and confirmation by e-mail. They arrived on time, covered all bushes and started work. We decided to pressure wash also garage floor and pool deck. After couple of hours job was done, tarp carefully removed from bushes. Roof, driveway, deck and garage floor look like new. Guys even removed couple of greasy spots left from barbecue grill. Work was done professionally and in timely manner. AAA+"

"This job did not go as smoothly as I had hoped. When we got our estimate, we spoke about widening a walkway for improved wheelchair access. It was included in the estimate. When the workers arrived, they removed a 3 foot wide walkway and were preparing to put down the pavers. They readily began to widen the path when I mentioned it, but then they realized that sprinkler heads would have to moved. (This was discussed during the estimate.) This led to a delay. One sprinkler head was broken and completely buried, the other was broken below the surface. They were apparently broken by the skid steer that they used to remove the old concrete path. That same skid steer also took a chunk of concrete out of gutter. They also placed a dumpster in the street without putting any wood under the wheels. This created divots in the street which my HOA demanded be fixed. I called Advanced Pavers and Orion ultimately came back and fixed everything, but it took a lot of time because of broken appointments and created a lot of frustration. Overall, I am grading them as Fair because I'm not sure that the pavers that were undermined due to the broken sprinklers were adequately re-compacted after the sprinkler repair. The end result looks good right now, but time will tell. I really don't like paying for professional installation and being left with doubt about the end result."

"This was a long process, and long project for them. We started in October 2009, and went to January or February of 2010. It was a long process, that had a lot of work. They did a good job. The house was built in 1974, and had dropped ceiling. I mean at that time I didn't get prices, so I didn't have anything to compare with. As far as the work they did. They had subcontractors that did work that I couldn't tell you who the were, that was on his end. He had gotten them to do it, and the concrete done. I had the driveway widen four foot. I had some concrete they re-poured over that the contractor didn't do, the sub person didn't do a very good job. They skimped on material and stuff. I cant hold it against them really."

"I called Roko and asked if they would give me an estimate for widening my driveway.  They were there within a day or two and did take so time going over with us as to what we wanted done.  Drawings and measurements were done and I was told that I would receive a contract within the next day or two by email.  I waited  a week, then called to ask why I had not received a contract. I was told that they had forgotten about me.  I waited another week then called again, and got voice mail.  I told them that if they really did not want to do the job to just tell me.  I then received a phone call assuring me that they did want the job, I got several phone calls after that and they told me that getting a permit was taking a long time.  After several weeks they informed me that the permit was going to cost more than the original estimate.. I said fine just go ahead and get it.  After another week or two they called to say that they had the permit and that they were ready to do the job.  They did show up a week or two later and got forms in, then told me that with the way the forms were it was going to cost more for the cement, and that  I could change that if i wanted to.  I told to go ahead.  They did do the job, and it was well done.  I didn't like being "forgotten", and it seems like it took an awfully long time to get it done.

Florida Lifetime was terrific. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and punctual. Anything we wanted to know about windows they knew. They did a beautiful job. The windows are well installed and because of this the temperature in our home is constant now. The county building inspector came by and was actually impressed with the work done, that we gave him the company's number. I would absolutely use them again.
