Rich got back to us promptly and was early for the appointment for our estimate. After measuring and checking everything he told us that the grout was in excellent condition and had already been sealed properly. He showed us how it only needed to be cleaned and that it was a simple job. He gave us instructions on how we could easily do it ourselves and showed us what kind of a brush would get the best results.
