"We talked with several asphalt companies before we went with this one. We absolutely love the work that Asphalt Express did for us. We live in the woods & have a 1000ft driveway that winds by a pond, up a hill, past our barn, & ends up in a circular drive in front of the house. It's been dirt & gravel for years & keeps getting harder to maintain & fill in the pot holes. Debbie, from Asphalt Express, explained that they could do millings on the drive through the woods & then asphalt from the barn to the house. Everything was explained thoroughly, they worked with us budget wise, & even checked back with us a couple of times after the project was done to make sure we were happy & see if we had any questions. The owner & his crew were so nice & wanted to make sure they worked around my rocks in the driveway to my satisfaction. They did a great, slightly sloping, apron at the barn, too. This team was so professional & did everything possible to protect our yard from their equipment while they were here working. They were done in one day & we couldn't be happier. The millings get harder the more you drive on them & it really doesn't take away from the beauty of our "woodsy" drive. We would highly reccommend this company!"

Our upmost concern is quality and customer satisfaction. We use commercial grade sealer mixed with additives to ensure your asphalt stays protected and looks great. We are a very clean company that edges the grass along the driveway, removes all weeds, tapes the concrete if necessary, and makes a nice straight line at the end of the driveway. We apply the sealer by hand using either a brush or squeegee. When applied by brush or squeegee, the pores in the pavement are filled providing the most effective protection for your pavement. This provides a thick and even application of sealer. Although, spraying is the most cost effective method, we choose not to spray because it applies a very thin coat to the asphalt leaving it less protected. Spraying does not fill in the pores of the asphalt.(exception of spraying of commercial jobs where we use a lot bigger spray tips, but there is a lot of over spraying which is not idea for homes) Customer satisfaction is also our major concern. "Decided to leave the color as is.  The software was a cool idea, but hard to use and only good if you just wanted to get some ideas.  It will only give you an approximation because it will not account for the lighting in your area.   The phone consultant said it would be better to use a color consultant.  I will probably go that route in the future, but for now I will leave as is.

"We loved the service that they did, and we loved the job that they did, but the professionalism was terrible. They came out and gave us an estimate, we said fine, and we agreed to it. We signed the contract, and when when the workers came out, they gave us another price altogether. We showed them the estimate, and what we agreed to, and they left. I called the company, and I told them that I took the day off work today, and was expecting them. She said that the estimator gave us a wrong price. I said we were sorry, but that is what we agreed to, and it was just a big mess. They eventually came out and did the work, but I just felt that the professionalism was just horrible. They did a wonderful job, but I think they should have been upfront with us. If the estimate was wrong, they should have told us way before we scheduled a time and a date to have the work done. They were nasty to us for their error. We felt the price was reasonable."
