"From my first phone call with Demetrice, I was hooked on their customer service. I had a leak under my home and was looking for a service call quote. Before they even made an appointment, she worked with me on the amount charged for the service call. I didn't even have to ask! When D and his brother, Dwayne, arrived, right on time, they were very polite from the time they said hello until they left. They discovered that my water heater was leaking and gave me a quote for replacing this. I had to have time to wrap my head around this. I am on a fixed income so doing this was a shock to my wallet. ( my sweet baby brother.and parents came to my rescue) Anyway, I called D back, and he was able to locate a new water heater and come back within a few hours to replace it. While he was here, he repaired my outdoor faucet for only the price of a service call! He and his brother were such a delight to converse with. They were also very professional. It was a good thing they came back because my water heater was literally busting at a seam! It would have been a bigger disaster had the tank blown. I sincerely hate trying to find people to do work around my home. You just never know who or what you are going to get. I was blessed to have this company do my work. My brother is a plumber, but lives several hours away, and I trust him with all advice. I was consulting with him during this process, and D was being upfront and honest with everything. I have put them in my contact list incase I ever need them, again. I never write reviews on companies but this one deserved a review."

"Called Advance Plumbing Service because of a water line leaking under one of my rental houses. They stated they could be there in 30-35 minutes. About 20 minutes later, they pulled in the driveway. John quickly located the leak and turned the water off. John explained that I had a 3/4" hot water line leaking and that he could repair it for $60. I told him I was expecting it to be more being that it was the weekend. He explained that his rates were the same any day of the week. Because his price was so reasonable, I asked him to give me a price to replace the water heater as well. The tenant had complained that the hot water ran out very quickly. John checked out the heating elements and thermostats on the water heater and determined that the lower element was bad. He offered to repair it rather than selling me a new one. I appreciated this gesture but I had him give me a price for a new water heater as well as fixing the leak under the house and his price was $675. I was very pleased with that price and told him to go ahead. John immediately called another one of his guys to bring a new water heater and he started with the leak repair. Within 1 hour and 20 minutes of his arrival, the leak was repaired and the new water heater was installed. I could not have been more pleased. When John handed me the invoice it was only $625. I told him he had quoted me $675. He said that the job went exceptionally smooth and that $625 was all I owed him. I could not have been more impressed with Advance Plumbing Services punctuality, professionalism or price. I will be using them from here on out for all of my personal plumbing needs as well as my rental properties."

"I tried contacting another business before Rescue Plumbing, but Went with Rescue Plumbing because of the prompt customer service and scheduling. While the other business said they might have someone in the area and would add me to the schedule, Rescue Plumbing was able to give me a specific date and time that they would be here to repair my leaking bathtub faucet. They called ahead and showed up as promised. The repair required a new fixture installation and was accomplished by a quick, efficient and polite technician. He gave me the estimate before beginning work and cleaned up afterwards. I wish they didn’t have a charge associated with using a credit card, but I would certainly use their services again in the future."

"Everything went very well. Mr. Tanner was Very professional. I was extremely happy that he told me about sediment filter because it prevents floating particles from the well from entering the pipes. I would definitely use Mr. Tanner for all my plumbing needs in the future."

"They were only one to respond in reasonable time after I posted for the job. Kept me informed when they would arrive. Stayed with job until it was finished. Gave me tips in case of any problems in the future. When water heater has to be replaced will be calling on them to do the installation. I highly recommend them for any water heater/ plumbing job that needs to be done! I definitely recommend using them to anyone."

"Franklins crew arrived as schelduled and after inspeccting the pipes and septic system, determined it was NOT the main drain but merely a busted tub drain that had been damaged during a recent remodel. While there they replaced a p-trap, jetted the lines, emptied the septic tank and replaced the busted pipe. Their crew was AMAZING! They knew exactly what they were doing and didn't go out of their way to break the bank. The work was done in a timely manner and I was notified about each repair or procedure in real time via text or photos or call. I was in utter shock that I had been so bamboozled by such a trusted big name national plumber on my 1st estimate and will NEVER use another Septic Specialist/ Plumber unless it is Franklin's. Twice the work for less than half the original estimate and the work was honest and superior. I could not wait to write this review! It is so rare especially as a woman, to find honest contractors. I would highly recommend this company for all your septic and plumbing. There's a certain peace of mind that comes with knowing a company comes with good marks. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

We initiated a service request and Jason responded immediately.  He put us on his schedule for 7/15/14, arrived at the appointed time and repaired our leaky shower faucet in the bedroom and installed  new toilet handles in two bathrooms.  He was professional, informative, and polite. He lets you know the depth of the problem and materials required for repairs. His work is EXCELLENT!  We will definitely use Jason Faircloth for future projects.
