"Franchise promptly returned my calls and handyman came 2 days later for estimate.  Date scheduled had to be postponed a day due to weather, but handyman and franchise kept me informed.  Jason arrived on time, completed inside work first to avoid tracking water/dirt into the house later.  He did a beautiful job on all areas, working from bottom to top, then doing a final rinse of lower levels.  He was even able to work around a 1000-lb cast iron pot-bellied stove on the patio.  Carefully replaced all items to original sites on decks and patio.  VERY professional - I highly recommend him!"

"I am very particular about details, so I probably asked more questions than the average customer during our master bathroom renovation. The PI Kitchen and Bath team was patient with me throughout the entire process. Once demolition started, something unexpected was discovered that needed to be dealt with before they could continue. Obviously that was not something we were excited about, but our project manager explained the situation clearly and stayed on top of it until it was resolved. I would much rather have something handled correctly than hidden just to finish faster. The final result was worth it. The shower and tile work look beautiful, the bathroom feels much larger and brighter, and everything feels solid and well finished. We love our new bathroom."

"Pablo arrived a little later than the appointment time, but he was polite and professional, and still completed the project on time. The tub looks amazing, the caulk is perfect. There is some residue left on the bronze piping that I can't wash off yet without damaging the glaze. I'm hoping it's easy to clean up. He did put up a protective sheet to protect the house, it probably would have been worthwhile if he also covered the shower hardware. I wasn't expecting the exhaust tube to run through the house to the front door, but he said the bathroom window was too close. It made sense when I saw the equipment, it was just unexpected. He laid down a cloth to protect the wood floors. All in all, good service, good price, and I would hire again."
