They put in a lot of crappy boards. They were the only ones that I found that replied that would put in the fence that I wanted. Most of it was very good, but, of course, on the far side of the yard I found lots of boards that were not up to snuff. Eight years ago they got the fence in. I wasn't there (when they did the work). I would use them again in the future only if I stood over them with a shotgun. They could have used better boards and given me a lighter gauge. I wasn't there for the most part and they were all Hispanic so I've got no idea how the workers were, but the contractor that was watching over them had no complaints.

"We received Nafi's name from a neighbor who had used him to redo her kitchen. We were extraordinarily pleased with the work that Nafi and his team did for us. Everyone was respectful of our home, protecting walls, floors and rooms with room coverings and floor protectants. We had an idea in mind for our design, which Nafi implemented perfectly. He also added some ideas of his own, which enhanced our original design. The quality of workmanship and materials that he used were exceptional. We had one issue with doors that were installed. The issue had nothing to do with his installation, but was caused by the door frames which were original and not level. Nafi came to fix the issue free of charge and without question. "Tommy Harper was a referral from our neighbor- he did their deck, fence, and patio last year. During the estimate, He came and gave us many creative design ideas to help formulate our deck, then quoted us the best price for more options than "the other guys". He was prompt and went out of his way to prevent issues from our sensitive HOA and even installed a door which is not in their usual project offering. He also handled the county permitting which was a big timesaver for us.
His crew was friendly and very professional. They had great attitudes and were very knowledgable in their trade.
Throughout the process, he did quality checks and didnt hesitate to change course if we pointed something out or asked questions. Although he doesnt have the technology for inital computer generated drawings for decks, etc as the other guys did, but he is planning on getting that soon.

"I chose this company over the other bids because I felt the salesman knew exactly what I wanted without even needing to explain.  Their bid was high, but they offer no interest financing, and would take care of minor details that other companies would not (i.e. tree/brush removal.)  In addition, they agreed to have the job complete within a week.  
The salesman, Eric, talks a good game.  I knew that he was kind of "full of it," however, he made promises that other companies could not.
Eric is the only reason that I did not give this company an "A" rating.  When it came down to a discrepancy, the wonderful/accommodating Eric, became rude and had no problem arguing with me.  He showed me pics of fencing that were darker wood than I actually received.  In  addition, there was a lack of communication regarding some linear footage of the fencing portion of the front yard.  
Craig and the installation team were excellent.  They met my deadline even though there were thunderstorms.  They worked long hours to get the job done.  Craig provided excellent advice and they were pleasant to have around for a few days.  
The end result looked great even though it was lighter in color than I hoped.  Some of the dirt could have been better spread out, but I realize they were short on time.  I probably would not choose this company again because of the salesman, and their higher prices.  I like to know I am getting a good deal, and I did not get that feeling when it was over.  The no interest financing definitely helps- especially if you are a broke first-time home buyer.
