"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"My dryer was fixed the same day I put in a request for service. Wilbur from GRS Appliance repair was friendly, explained the issues and options to resolve, quickly fixed the dryer and cleaned up the area. I highly recommend their service and will use them again for any appliance issue."

"The project was to replace the door gasket in our refrigerator."

"James was able to diagnose the problem quickly and confidently. He provided a recommendation for repair with a clear description of alternatives. He communicated clearly and promptly throughout the process. His repair was excellent. I will be using James for all my appliance repairs!"

"My biggest complaint is the service charge is $100. This does not go towards any repair or parts cost. I have used this company twice and really like the repair guy who was sent to my house. He is knowledgeable and kind, but the service cost seems so steep- especially if it is something that takes a few minutes to fix/diagnose-which in my case both time it was 100 for a 10 minute diagnose time."

"Fixed my dryer.... timer was out. Had a bad gas leak in my stove and fixed that too with valuable info! Fuller Appliance is amazing! Answered first call and scheduled at my conv and was very prompt with a call when in the way. Very prompt, professional, courteous, honest and informative. Definitely recommend and will use in the future!"

"These young men went out of their way to help me get my lightening-damaged appliance (motherboard of my gas stove) repaired quickly. They were extremely courteous and very trustworthy."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"Nathan first repaired my old dryer the same day I called. When my mom's 20+ year old refrigerator/freezer quit I had her call Nathan who was out the next day. He found the parts needed to repair it and got it working again. I bet it will last another 20 years!! She just had him out today to fix her microwave and he found the problem very quickly. He is very responsive, professional, very knowledgeable and reasonable. My mom and I have saved many hundreds of dollars by having our appliances fixed instead of replacing them and Nathan is friendly and great to work with!! Highly recommended!!"
