Get matched with top tankless water heater installers in Goshen, KY

"They did a good job as far as the quality of work, they cleaned up after themselves and they were punctual. They called after the services were performed and asked when they would receive their money, this was before I had even received a bill. Felt that they were rushing me through the inspection due to wanting payment for the job. They didn't split the lines for the two separate tenants, so hot water was going to both apartments from the water heater which was only hooked up to one apartment. When I called to have this fixed, they stated that I should have told them this prior to the work and they were going to charge me like a new customer to come out and get it repaired. However, when I contacted them originally, I stated that the only thing coming between the two apartments was cold water. Graded quality nonapplicable because quality of work was good, but was done incorrectly, and felt their attitude about the correction was way off base."

"They showed up and performed the neatest water heater install I have ever seen"

"Thought an outside water spigot was my problem ending more then expected but it was repaired very fast, thank you."

"The installation today by Cory could not have gone better. He called before arrival, gave me a fair estimate before starting work, completed the work in no time flat (less than 2 hours) and was a complete pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable electrician who I easily conferred with about other electrical issues and I would gladly work with Cory in the future. Highly recommended!"

"I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They cam within a day of when I called, assessed and fixed one problem, installed a new water heater the same day, and returned the next day to install new pipes above the water heater. The plumbers were polite, professional, and explained clearly what they were doing. Pricing was very reasonable and I also have a yearly service contract. Office personnel were also friendly and knowledgeable. Will only use them from now on."

"Arrived on time , very courteous, cleaned up after themselves & most of all Shawn Frye Plumbing gave quality work for a fair price. Can't beat that type of service. Thank you HomeAdvisor for suggesting this company"

"It was awesome, a technician was sent within 2 hours of calling, he quickly assessed the leak coming from the tank, explained everything thoroughly, and got it replaced the same day! Would highly recommend!"

"Things went well. One of the fixtures was hard to install but the technician was resourceful and found a way to make it work."

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."
