"I don't think I've ever had anything broken. They do a thorough job. Sometimes they consult me before they touch anything. They have a package where they have to come back 3 more times. It's expensive but I would rather they came more than one time."

"I used COIT. I was un-enthused by the guy they sent to clean my carpet a couple of years ago. I don't think I will use them again. They took the draped and when they took the drapes back, the installers, who were not the ones who took them down didn't know how to put them up. They had little puff balls on them and they didn't know how they went. They had to get a guy who took them down to come out and he knew. I had never had drapes cleaned before so I have no comparison with pricing. They looked clean to me, no spiders or anything falling out of them. The guy that took them down was very professional."

"Chris was on-time and was upfront about the cost and any additional recommendations on the cleaning service. I added the pet treatment since the couch and armchair are where our dogs often sit. Both the couch and armchair are clean and do not smell like dogs have been sitting on them."

They charged us around $300 for their services. There are 4 guys who come out to do the service. They come right out and repair if there is a problem. They are not careless. I would use their services in the future too."

"They had great lists that they checked off what they had done, the cleaning was mostly good quality. My complaints were more along the lines of cancellations. In a 2 month period they had to cancel twice, I left their service and went elsewhere."
