"Rich is amazing. Top quality work, professional, reliable and trustworthy. Did a shower renovation for us, and it was exactly what we wanted and had discussed with Rich. Great communication and follow-through. Highly recommend and we will work with him again!"

"Not only did Jason do an awesome job replacing our leaking water heater, he was also extremely fast. He was done faster than we could even miss the temporarily missing hot water. Jason was also very punctual, both for our estimate and for the replacement. He also gave us multiple options to fit our budget so that was a great plus. Will be calling him again for the inevitable plumbing issues!"

"A company estimator came over. We discussed what was needed and the cost. The job was done by 4p that day. Very efficient and professional."

"Replaced all old cast iron pipes from septic to roof vent including new faucets and toilet gaskets. Work was extremely neat and professional"

"I called Ray at Polar because my elderly parents had a pipe problem over Chinese New Year. I wanted to make sure they were ok but I wouldn't be there for the repair. Polar was great about explaining the cost structure, giving an estimate for what seemed to be wrong but making us aware about possible complications. They charge by task/fix from a cost book, not by hour. In the end, they were amazing about communicating with me AND my parents, they were on time, clean, polite, and did a great job. The cost book thing felt transparent and convinced us that even if there was a bigger problem, we wouldn't be gouged unreasonably. It was great to feel like I could take care of my parents at a distance because Polar was so reliable."
