"He responded within 5 minutes of making an inquiry for service. Luis was able to walk me through his process and needs through the phone. When did he did show up, I was at work, he got straight to work after my roommate let him in. He had the work finished within 3 hours and it looked just like the original form. He even did a little cover up for us to paint around the door."

"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.
