"Strong recommendation for plumber. I’ve always done the plumbing on our houses. I’m not great, but functional. We took over both sides of our duplex and wanted to combine the hot water and replace the 20 year old water heater. Kedge gave a lot of good information not only about the job, but about our systems in general. I got the written estimate Monday, accepted it and they scheduled for the next morning. Nate and Bill showed up on time. Both were very friendly and informative. And the work – beautiful. I do sloppy pvc. I have done copper and it’s worse. Nate’s work was beautiful. I had been dithering about paying someone to do what I probably could have done and then I saw his work. I saw the difference between an amateur and a pro. $1550. Next day service. Two hours to do what would have taken me at least all day and the end result is a thing of beauty. I’m a happy boy. Hudson Plumbing. Good name to remember. And no, I don’t work for them. "Jeff Hoffman arrive exactly when he said he would. Rita who answers the phone there made special arrangements to work with my schedule. While he was here to quote running the gas line , I asked about how to shut off the water to the house. Single mom here and thought I should know that. He tracked down the shut off and showed me how to access it if needed. I then asked about getting a quote on sump pump and a garbage disposal. He looked at the disposal said he thought it was just stuck. Got a tool from his truck and fixed it in less than five minutes at no charge! He could have easily sold me a new one. "We have been using Justin Dorsey as a company for our needs for over a year. We have had many concerns and called them for more than 4 separate issues this year. We first needed their services when we had been in our new home for 2 weeks and our water heater quit working. It was late on a Friday and the tech ran into some difficulties with how the plumbing was run by the previous owner. He worked hard and until almost midnight to resolve all the concerns and leave us with hot water. We have since used them for small concerns with a toilet and sink, a water leak from valve on a pipe, and replacement of our well pump switch. This past week we once again needed their services. We have always had a prompt same day response to our needs. Our water softener was not functioning and leaking. Michael was the tech who responded and fixed this problem. As he assessed our overall needs in our home, we discussed our drinking water. He was able to install a reverse osmosis drinking water system the same day. Again due to previous plumbing concerns from our home's previous owner, he had some obstacles to overcome. Of no fault of his, he had to return to our home 3 times in 2 weeks to get the system to work properly. He was professional and worked with us to fix the problems. We have always been very pleased with their work and how they go above and beyond to not only please the customer, but do the best job possible. "A few years ago, we purchased a home that had been partially flipped. Over the first several months that we lived in the home, we found that the previous owners had intentionally attempted to cover up many water issues in the basement and crawlspace. Over a three year period, we continued to find and uncover the many issues that the "flippers" attempted to hide. We initially reached out to Indiana Crawlspace Repair based on their Google reviews. Over the three year period, Larry, the owner came to our house a number of occasions to look at the issues as we found them. Larry was fantastic to work with. He's very down to earth and we never got the feeling that he was trying to just sell his services to us. They were especially kind to one of our sons (10 yrs. old) because he loves all things construction and wanted to observe the work while it was in progress.
