"Sorry to be so late with this review. Just as we were preparing to leave town in mid-July, 2018 our air conditioner stopped working . We called Matthew Roberts. One man came out and worked for quite a while, he called someone else they both tried several fixes, but nothing worked. We had an idea of how much a whole new AC would cost so when they gave us a quote we were ready to decide. They came out and installed the entire Trane system, inside and out, in one day so it was working when we left town. Very professional, neat, friendly and took old system away. Since then we've had a couple of issues: a snake got in the electronics of the outside unit, shut it down and a couple of other service calls were handled extremely quickly and most with no charge because unit was under warranty. Michael was often the repairman and we were extremely pleased with his work and service."

They also include replacing copper lines as part of the bid because it is a better way of doing things (other quotes did not). Got a great reasonable price, but was wondering about installation since that can make or break any system. Could not have been happier with crew that installed. Experienced, professional and friendly. Did the little extra things (like vacuum out the install area). Definitely knew what they were doing. Shawn very easy to deal with and came out to check on progress. Got a programmable thermostat to boot. Surprisingly positive experience--would highly recommend."

Our A/C went out at 10pm and I made one phone call to Service Star they diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me what I needed to do in order to have our unit run efficiently overnight. Our coil was leaking and unit was frozen. Since our unit was 10 years old we opted to replace the entire unit including exterior and interior with new WiFi digital thermostat. They walked us through the most energy efficient option for our home. They came out early today and installed the new unit! Talk about SERVICE! WOW! "I wasnt happy with my existing HVAC Contractor so I called Air1 of Central Florida. Csaba came within few hours tested the system very methodically and diagnosed that drain pipe was clogged. He cleaned the pipe with pressurized nitrogen. His charges were reasonable."

"The technician who came was punctual and professional. While installing the new shower head I pointed out that there was a drip; the technician acknowledged this and stated he was only installing the shower head and not the cartridge. The technician needed to use a saw to remove the old faucet handles for our sink; he accidentally cut the sink as well in a couple of places. The next day one of the sinks had a leak and the shower head had a drip. I called Service One and they sent out the same technician. Upon arrival the technician acknowledged the drip in the shower from the prior day. When I asked why he did not fix this his reply was "I was only here to install the faucets and shower head - you never asked me to fix the dripping seen in the shower..." Why would a plumber not recognize the dripping water and discuss ways to correct the issue the first time? Also, when I asked if the drip in the faucet was from the cuts made in the sink from the saw the technician stated no. The technician also did not apologize for the cuts made to our sink. I am also curious why the company did not call to follow-up on services rendered, especially since I needed the technician to come out a second time..."
