"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. I will be recommending this my family and friends."

"Honestly I coukd use a new furnace at some point but it's not in the budget now, I've called this company or messaged them at all hours of the day and night, I've never waiting longer than 3 hrs for a repair man to come out and diagnose the problem.
