That is the type of company you have here! Trent and Daylon were very thorough in hydro-jetting my main sewer line. They also cleaned out the filter that goes from my septic to my drainfield. (Which was the above and beyond part.) Wasn't charged for that:) Pricing was very reasonable! They did an excellent job with performance, time, efficiency, costs, clean-up and in every category. We had expected to hear we would need a new septic tank system and dreaded to hear the costs. They seemed to know immediately what our problem was and went right to work fixing it. It seems none of the other companies had ever cleaned out the filters. None of the other companies even mentioned it. Thus we had replaced the septic tank twice as the others told us that was what we needed. When had the last company who put in the new system installed the new one, they failed to check the filters. Since we are not specialists in the field of septic systems, we trusted what they said. "They came out on an emergency after a gutter cleaning company broke the nozzle and head off a water line running into the house. He knew what was causing the problem and replaced the gasket.  I have had no further problem with the commode.  I would call him for any plumbing problems.

"Drain Genie promptly answered my morning call & I had a appointment between 10-11 am. The service technician, a very pleasant young man was on time & happily agreed to keep the 6 foot distance & precautions due to the coronavirus outbreak. He only walked thru my house one time & conducted all the work at the outside clean-out & left by the side yard to avoid personal contact. He had me flush all the drains & commodes to make sure everything was running before he left. He gave me some advice about keeping drains clear. The job was completed in about 30 minutes. And the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend this company."
