"Carlos couldn't have been better.  The roof is very steep and not visible from the ground.  We haven't had anything done to it in its 9 year life so we wanted the roof inspected and appropriate repairs made.  Carlos gave me a call when he was on the way.  He checked the roof and found no problems, but did give me some information about roof treatments (they don't do spray treatments.)  He also checked the gutters (they also do gutter cleaning) at my request, but the foam inserts were fine and nothing needed to be done.  AND he refused payment for his time as he considered this to be an estimate.  We will definitely us Roof Rx when we do have a roof or gutter problem!

"Nikk, the contractor, pressure washed the house, scraped the wood of peeling and bubbling paint. caulked and applied 2 coats of premium paint on house and trim. In prepping he carefully masked window, was careful of my plants, and he was also careful of the neighbors vehicle sitting in driveway by protecting it with a tarp. We had rain during the painting which caused brief stops until weather cleared. Nikk brought in a crew to complete the job in a timely manner. A detail oriented person. He also cleaned my gutters including flushing downspouts for a reasonable price."

"Very prompt and responsive. The job was started much sooner than I was expecting and was just in time before the rains started. There was some minor denting done to a gutter during tear-off, but it was fixed promptly when I mentioned it. The gutters were cleaned and nails were picked up from the ground around the house ( I only found two that they missed). I am very satisfied with the new roof and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any roofing. There haven't been any problems at all since it was replaced almost two years ago (apologies to Joaquin for my tardiness in submitting this report). I appreciated that they even provided their own porta-potty."

"Nephi and his assistant did excellent and quick work. They were done in just a few hours. Nephi's pricing was very fair. He did not charge extra for colored gutters (unlike some other folks we got bids from). He also screwed the gutters in instead of using nails. We were also happy that he did the carpentry work of replacing some of the fascia board. (Some of company expected us to find a carpenter to do that.) Nephi was very nice in returning to finish a downspout that he had to wait on because we were building an arbor. He did not charge extra for that. As we asked, he ran the downspout through the arbor so that the rainwater would be carried overhead and into our rain garden on the other side of the path. He also added a new downspout in the front of the house that originally had too long of a run. He also put gutter strainers and rain quieting pads in the downspouts. We are very happy with his thorough work and highly recommend him."

"The job went well from start to finish.  Mike and his 2 man crew were on the job the whole time as oposed to running back and forth bewtween jobs which seems to happen a lot these days. Total time for the re-roof was 2 days. Materials arrived on Thursday, they started Friday and worked all day, then finished up Saturday afternoon. .

The quality of the work was great and they were thorough in finishing up with a complete clean-up. I would reccommend Precision for any roof job. The were on time, did the work as outlined, used quality materials, and did not cut corners.The scope of work was completely outlined in writing prior to the job start, and when we made a couple of changes they provided an updated contract that reflected the changes so there was never any guesswork as to what was to be done.
