"I had my garage floor coated about five years ago. I love it. In September I contacted the owner, (through their website) Jenci for some small repairs. He responded a few days later saying they had a big job with the school district -it would be November before they would be able to get to it. That is fine I have no problem, I realize I am a small job-I don't expect it be fixed for free. In December I contacted Jenci again. No response. Again in December I decided to call the office directly. The receptionist was very sorry for not getting back to me. She told me she would leave a note on Jenci's desk to contact me. In January I contacted her twice - she finally said I should work directly with Jenci. It is now February 8. I sent Jenci a note yesterday that said I wasn't going to try contacting them again. There are other companies that I will contact. BTW - my contract says "lifetime guarantee". Whose lifetime?"

"There were many films to choose from, but we landed on one that fit our needs. The installation was quick and very well done. We really like the results. There is less glare, the view is almost clearer even though it's tinted, like wearing really good sunglasses. We took the blinds down and are leaving the windows uncovered. There has been a noticeable decrease in heat inside the house. Jason, the business owner, is a very nice guy."

"We have had water leakage periodically in our finished basement despite French drains, etc. So this time (broken sprinkler pipe) we had to remove the moldy wall-to-wall carpet leaving only the ugly, damaged cement floor, made in 1910 from buckets of cement. They leveled off the irregularities of the floor and coated it in vinyl. It is waterproof and should last about as long as the house does. They are very professional--polite, on time, responsive to phone and emails. Mark provided a detailed, itemized bid with a precise description of what they would do and what the process would be like. It went exactly as they predicted, no surprises. This floor surface is a great solution to a periodic problem. Love this company and this service!!!"

"It took a few days to get Ben out to scope the bid, but it definitely was worth it. The bid was not the lowest, not the highest, but it was a very reasonable price for the quantity and quality of work done by Ben and Amanda. I suspect they did much more detail work than the low bidder would have done. The floor is smooth and clean, better than we expected. The work was done with care and professionalism, and with a refreshing lack of bravado and total lack of BS. The the rest of our house was carefully protected. Dust was minimal. All in all, I happily give my highest recommendation."
