The workers showed up on time every day, worked the hours they promised, and delivered what we agreed upon. Robert's designs turned our back yard into a Mediterranean oasis--it doesn't look like the same yard at all, absolutely STUNNING! The quality of the products is extraordinary! Our main concerns were low maintenance but esthetically pleasing. Robert delivered on all counts! Beautiful pavers, standing wall, plants and trees with outdoor lighting, wrought iron fence/gate, firepit, and fountain. Any time we had a question or concern, Robert always responded promptly. We were treated like valued customers. Also the project was completed timely as promised. Absolutely no complaints about this business. "Three months ago my father, who thru fifty years of marriage and home ownership had dealt with repairs himself or been the one to do the hiring if a contractor was needed, was diagnosed with dementia. He had to be abruptly placed into a care facility. My mother was emotional and overwhelmed to say the least. Walking through the house, I could see how his health had indeed been slipping: home repairs were started but not finished, areas of upkeep and home maintenance he always stayed on top of in the past had been left to fall into disarray. One of these unfinished repairs was the laundry room washtub. My mother said it had a backed up drain. I could see the piping beneath it was in pieces and that my father had started but never finished repairing it. I found Pacific Crest Plumbing and was immediately impressed. The woman I spoke to on the phone said the owner Nick liked to speak with the customers himself. He would be in touch with me about my project and scheduling. Sure enough, Nick called me back within a few minutes. He could not have been nicer and more understanding of the situation. He asked that I take a few clear pictures, then send them to him so he could provide an estimate over the phone rather than having to charge me to drive out to the house and do a diagnosis. After looking through the pictures, Nick told me exactly what he would recommend doing to repair the tub. He provided written estimates that included both snaking the drain, and not snaking the drain, since I told him I was unsure if my father had done that part of the project yet already. He was able to get us schedule the very next day. I cannot say enough nice things about Nick or Pacific Crest Plumbing."

"Brett volunteered his time to help our kids'  school.  Anyway, he came over to look at our property and instantly had some great ideas, thoughts and suggestions.  He is extremely nice, friendly, and down-to-earth.  He listened to our thoughts, spent time canvasing and mapping the property, and then thoughtfully processed them into a design that he thought might work for us, inviting us to his office to look and possibly change some of the design if we wanted.  We were highly impressed with his responsiveness, his desire to make a design that we liked, his genuine nature, his easy-to-work-with-attitude, and his overall professionalism.  We're kicking ourselves that we didn't find him sooner when we had another landscape project that we hired out,  but if we decide we need help with our landscaping project in the end, he'll be the one we call. "After meeting and getting quotes from 6 other contractors we felt most confident and comfortable choosing Cretec Concrete. Spencer was very prompt meeting with us and delivered a quote the next business day. We knew aster discussing our needs his company would be the right fit. Our project consisted of a complete demolition of existing concrete patio, removal of grass and regrading the area to accommodate a new drainage channel. Our new patio is over 1400 square feet that is colored and stamped. It is exactly what we were looking for maybe even better than our expectations! "They did a very good job, and they were careful not to damage siding or surrounding landscaping.   Cleaned up the work area each day, and upon completion left the area looking better than before the work started.   The best part -- no more leaking water in our basement.   I waited to write this review until we had been through a couple period of heavy rain.   Thanks Q!

"I purchased the deal earlier this spring - no sooner than I had hit the purchase button, I received an e-mail from Sandra (who works with the owner) to schedule an appointment to discuss what I was looking for.  Even though it was a rainy Friday, she showed up promptly, listened to my ideas, made some suggestions, and took pictures.  Jason (the owner) came back with Sandra a couple of weeks later and we reviewed and agreed upon the details.  Jason let me know that he was a couple of weeks out with a large project but indicated he would be able to finish the job by the end of June - which he did.  His crew finished the job in one day and it looked great!  He also made some recommendations for ground cover which I appreciated.  I have since referred him to two co-workers and he has completed a job for one - and they're happy too!  I've identified another project that I'd like to have done so will engage with Jason again.  Really appreciate his use of natural materials and plants!

"Larry and Glen did work for us - this was the third job. They installed a 40' block retaining wall to extend our back yard. Then they installed a patio and two walks. Once again they did a great job for a fair price. These guys are the greatest."
