"This was a removal of a bath tub and separate shower. The tub was replaced with a walk in shower and all plumbing was replaced. They took the drywall out to the studs to reinforce the wall for seat and grab bars for my aging mother. Clear sliding doors were added. It was a beautiful job. They are not the most reasonable but are good quality in any customization and professionalism. I want to mention the following installers as they were very accommodating and cared about their work. My first interaction was with the young lady who answered the phone & she was extremely pleasant. We set  up an appointment for the Designer to come out & he was prompt & courteous. He gave us a lot of information about products, the company & time frames for our projects. He also explained that he was going to draw the kitchen & why. We set a second appointment for him to come back. When he returned, he had everything ready for us & to save a substantial amount of money, we started the project. This was the best decision we have made in a long time...especially on this big of a purchase, as we have been saving for a long time for this. (We had obviously done our research on Jericho & trusted their abilities)
The project began as expected...and although there were a couple of short delays(to be expected with a remodel) we watched our kitchen & baths be transformed in to amazing rooms!
We absolutely love the finished product & Mike (our project manager) did a fantastic job coordinating all of the installers with each project & keeping us informed. The quality of products are exceptional...just as we expected. We truly are happy with this project & process. We have done other remodels in the past with other companies (and the projects were much smaller) and they were not good experiences.

"Email communication was hit-or-miss.  Sometimes I would get an immediate response, other times weeks went by and I didn't get a response until I prompted them for an update.  The installer was polite and professional but several of the trim pieces were damaged on installation and the fit and finish is not great.  It took over a month to get the damaged parts replaced and one of the replacement parts is also damaged in the same location as the first piece.  It's not noticeable enough that it's worth taking another day off work to have it replaced again, though.  The caulk lines are not very even, the drain is not centered in the floor of the shower, and the trim piece around the shower handle is off-center as well.  I will admit that I can be fussy about these sorts of things and these may not be issues for other people but it's bothersome enough to me that I wouldn't use Re-Bath again.
