"Noel came out for the quote and I hired the company right after the visit. He was easy to talk to. He said he gave me a 20% discount for being a healthcare worker but I was never given a price before said discount. Either way, he was courteous and respectful. Didn’t ask to speak to the man of the house before I made a decision. Didn’t ask personal questions. Wasn’t condescending. He was very professional. Not the typical douche sales guy. The guys that came onsite were also respectful. They finished the job in 5 hrs. Was not expecting the job to take that long but you can’t rush perfection. One of the guys was very young. I was impressed that a company would hire such a young guy so I was very happy to see that he has an opportunity to learn a skill. It hasn’t rained therefore haven’t had the opportunity to determine whether the gutters were properly placed. The installers asked me if everything was to my satisfaction. I’m an expert in my field not in gutters thus could not answer the question. I believe the installers were Julian and Oscar. Very professional gentleman.
