"Oh it went beyond well, it was wonderful. We did this job during the supply chain shortage and we had no idea what kind of ordeal we were in for but the whole process ran beautifully smoothly!! We ended up going with a brushed finish on the concrete driveway and it looks great. Robert dug out the dirt and framed up the driveway and the next morning the cement truck arrived bright and early and poured the mix. It is smooth and even and matches up perfectly with our existing driveway. Robert and his crew then built a barricade out of boards to prevent delivery vans from parking on the new driveway! We had kind of an unusual project, but they jumped right in and handled it beautifully.  The project was set back by problems on the supply end (not the fault of Brick Solutions, but rather of Lowe's, who sold us a broken window) and Joe took it in stride.  He just moved us around in his schedule and everything worked.  (We were able to be somewhat flexible, which helped.)
When problems came up (again, with Lowe's), he returned text messages within minutes and gave me the confidence to move ahead in his absence.  
As the project progressed, we asked Joe to do other related tasks (like our steps and eaves), which he was happy to do at a very fair price.
The only drawback was that Joe & Co. don't  do any interior work, so we had to hire other contractors to finish this rather large project.  Not a big deal, but we would've been perfectly happy to hire Brick Solutions to do everything!
