"Haley Hahn arrived on time and quickly cleaned out the gutters. While on site they also gave a rough quote of replacing my existing gutters with new larger sized gutters & downspouts plus adding gutter guards as well. I will definitely have them replace the gutters in another year or so's time."

"Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."

"I had a woodwork man look at the project and he recommended to have a new window replaced. Randy replaced the rotten wood on the deck  and the window sill. Glad I used Harward Construction  otherwise I would of had to buy new window.  He not only did a great job but also  did it in a timely manner.

"Metalworks and Improvements installed a raised-seam metal roof on our home.  I checked out a significant number of metal roofing companies in the areas and had narrowed my choices to a small handful for possible quotes.  I had three companies bid and Metalworks came out in the middle.  I ended up picking Metalworks because David Logue was the easiest to deal with, most responsive, reachable and knowledgable representative of the three companies.  I did not regret my choice!  The work was scheduled quickly, the crew and the forman were competent and got the job done with not problems. Clean-up was first rate. We ran into a snag when the crew discovered my existing gutter guards to be incompatible with the metal roof construction but the issue was quickly resolved by David to everyone's satisfaction.
All in all, an excellent experience!"

"Needed a roof repair due to a leaking vent. Our normal roofing company wanted $1200 to replace one vent. Murcia's promptly responded to our request for help, examined the roof and noted all 4 vents were failing (our home is 30 years old). They then promptly replaced all 4 vents, fixed the wood underneath, painted, reshingled and cleaned up all for less the the other (nameless) company wanted to charge for one vent! And best of all: after 2 inches of rain yesterday, no leaks!"
