They were courteous, punctual, and very professional. The work was inspected, as required by law, with no citations. As a last minute request, they also upgraded 3 of our outlets and replaced a light switch without changing the amount to our original contract. Their quote was competitive and I felt good working with an honest company. What Haik said they would do was promptly, efficiently, and correctly accomplished. "I called Chris on a Friday evening and told him that the light wasn't working in the bathroom in my condo which I rent out.  He said he had plans on Saturday but that he would work me in first thing in the morning before he went to his program because he understood the inconvenience of not having any light in the bathroom. "I just got off the phone with Steve, who quickly responded to my request for an electrician I made on Wednesday, day before Thanksgiving. He requested we talk on the phone and he could possibly assist with a quick fix. Everything he asked me to check and do, I already had done on the night I lost power. However, I went to the circuit breaker, telling him I was planning to shut down everything and power every switch back up again, hoping I missed something.
