They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

They notified me when tech was in route and arrived at 10am. Tech Chandler Smith was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. After some troubleshooting, he was able to restore the system and get us the much-needed heat turned back on. I absolutely recommend their service.
