"Richard and his team were incredible! I requested a quote for a deck and to remove a broken up patio, and Richard came out within a couple of hours to give us a quote, which was fair priced. He gave me a suggestion of what we could do to cover up the broken up patio, and also told me he could do concrete work to repair an uneven sidewalk block near our driveway. There were some things that did not go Richard and his team's way during the process that were entirely out of their control, but their team stopped at nothing to make sure that the job was done correctly and to our satisfaction. I would trust them with any future home improvement project because of their commitment to making sure their customers are satisfied."

"Samuel is extremely competent, timely, responsive, and transparent. Unfortunately, we had a roof installed a few years ago by a company who cut corners, and STMZ came to repair two separate leaks in the “new” roof. He documented every step of the process with photos, and explained what he was doing. (Most contractors, in my experience, do not take the time to explain the process to you!) I highly recommend his services, and if we ever need to replace the roof, STMZ will be the company we will call."

"First, the representative who came out to give a quote made several suggestions that we had not thought of. We appreciated that he gave us options and let US decide if we wanted to spend a little more or go a more economical route. Second, the communication, before, during and after the install was exceptional. They kept us in the loop and they responded quickly to any calls we made to them. Third, the installation went smoothly and quickly. They had a process and routine that enabled them to do the install with little "waiting around" time. Last, as with any renovation, we discovered a couple of minor problems after the work was done. All our problems were addressed and fixed promptly. "The floor man was finishing up in the house and was looking for a place to washh his hands. Went to the back of the house and spotted the leak in the hot water heater which is outside the house in a small shed. He called us, and we came right over to the house. I called Handyman, and they had someone out within 40 or so minutes. He shut off the water at the meter, which we couldn't do. He bought the necessary items to do the work and came back the next day as promised. He was on time and finished the work. Job well done. Very prompt, courteous, on time, and worked diligently! I'm so sorry I can't remember his name, but if I need similar work to be done I would call Handyman and ask them to look him up. A very hard worker. <br />"
