"Carlos came recommended by our structural engineer. I had met with 2 other contractors but they were not the right ones for the job. Our work included adding support beams in the attic involved opening up walls and ceiling, and to put the room back together installing new crown moldings etc. These guys are the best contractors I have worked with. (I have worked with several including 2 whole house remodel.) Their team always show up on time and are respectful of your space and clean after themselves. Carlos is organized, offers great communication and suggestions. Always keeping you appraised of progress and raise potential red flags. "We are so happy we found Dream Construction! I don’t usually write reviews but this one had to be written. The previous home owners had tacked on an addition to the back of our house before we bought it. In recent years the concrete and foundation of the addition began to crack, causing issues for the entire house. After reaching out to 4 companies for quotes, we ultimately chose Dream Construction to tear down the addition. With it being a safety concern, we had a tight timeline. Joe was able to get the ball rolling quickly and did what he could to make sure our timeline was met. He kept in communications with us and provided honest feedback every step of the way. Because the addition had clearly not been built correctly in the first place, there were a lot of unknowns with our project. Joe didn’t shy away from any of the challenges, managed our additional requests well and stayed within our budget. The safety of our dogs was a major concern before we started this project. It’s hard to keep a construction area clean but Joe and his crew did a wonderful job. While the work was happening there was minimal disruption to our daily lives. I can’t say enough great things about this company and their work. We needed a company who we could trust to do the work right. Dream Construction is definitely that company. "Once again, Trend did a wonderful job for us. After suffering from 5 break-ins in the early days of the Covid shutdown, many of our large windows were broken. We had to board them up and that made the inside of the church like a dark cavern. We managed to raise the money to have the security screens put on all of our doors and the sanctuary windows. This time, a year of so later, we raised the money to do two of our office windows and the windows in the fellowship hall. Trend and their employees know exactly what they are doing and sell an excellent product."
