"This is the fourth project that Greater Lansing Paint Company has completed for us. Ryan has earned our trust over the years and is our go to for all painting and deck staining at our home. He is honest, responsive, and the team does high quality work. For some of the early projects, I got multiple bids and Ryan's price was always reasonable. Now I just get a bid for budgeting purposes as I know it will be a fair price for the work completed. The latest project took 5 days to complete and included patch work as well as painting the walls, trim, doors and ceiling. I was indecisive about paint color and Trudy & Ryan worked with me to narrow down my choices. They were also able to accommodate a last minute decision to paint the cabinets on one of my bathrooms. As always, I am thrilled with the results."

Solid power wash remove the old stuff with great conscientious filling of various holes and cracks with filler and plenty of caulk. I love it. The painting itself is well done with sprayers and back-brushing to ensure a solid, thick coat. The colors are cut in nicely. The bottom of the upper decks were done along with all the deck surfaces. "Mr. Kaiser had done some work for me before which was excellent. We are going away for a week and I wanted the wi-fi thermostat operating so that I could leave the house cool while I was away and turn on the heat before we arrived home via the wi-fi. I called him yesterday (10/11/16) and he adjusted his schedule to come this morning (10/12/16). He knows his furnace wiring systems and fixed a somewhat bad wiring job, correcting this while connecting the thermostat. Mr. Kaiser is a pleasant person to do business with.
