"Kurt's team helped us with extensive renovations to a 1950s Cape Cod home. They installed new insulation, completed wallpaper removal and paint throughout the house, refinished all wood floors plus installation of a new wood floor, painted the original kitchen cabinets, and updated some ancient plumbing. His team also removed a wall between the kitchen/dining room to create a more open space, did some electrical work and installed appliances. We are very pleased with the work. Kurt is a great communicator and is quickly responsive to email and text messages. He provided a detailed estimate and was candid up front about his timeline. His professional advice along the way was invaluable. The work was completed on schedule and he made sure that everything was completed to our expectations. "Nyboer Builders, LLC. completed a major sanctuary ceiling renovation project for us (Grace Lutheran Church) in October of 2015.  This was a daunting construction project, as the vaulted ceiling is about 35 feet above the floor at its peak, and involved the removal of failing paneling and placement of new insulation and paneling and finishing..
We are thrilled with Nyboer's work - aesthetically, economically, and the time frame for completiony.  They have a great, courteous, friendly crew.  Many church members did not imagine that this project could be completed in a week's time, but it was done, and beautifully, with a thorough cleanup afterwards.
