"Our remodeling could not have gone any better then it did because of Rosey and Margarito. They were very helpful in their initial visit because we weren't sure of the color we wanted on the walls and ceiling. They were very professional and very understanding that we had never attempted any type of remodeling. Rosey was extremely helpful in picking the correct color to go with the floor and vanity that we had purchased. Margarito was awesome as we ran into termites and ants in the walls. He had to replace the 2x4 along with the sheet rock. The problem beside the rotted wood was that the pipe ran in middle of the disaster. It was something that you see on HGTV. There man can fix anything. Rosey and Margarito are outstanding individuals and I recommend them for any project that you are starting or trying to complete."

When Nate bids your job make sure you understand whether whether he is quoting labor or labor and materials. In our case the quote was revised to include materials. Again Solid Exteriors did an excellent job"

"Jesse did some brick sealing work for me a few years ago and he was the first person I called to look at replacing some siding and window trim on my house. He came to look at the scope of the work I wanted done and quoted me a very fair price. He indicated he could begin in about 2 weeks and that worked well for my schedule. Over 2 days, he removed rotted window trim and a section of siding on my house and replaced it with new siding and trim, custom cut on site to fit the area. He also did some wood trim work repair in another spot and replaced two more trim boards on two separate windows at the front of my home. Finally, he installed a couple of rain gutter valley splash guards for me. He did excellent work and I will call on him again for future projects that I have."

"Jerry M. of Jerry s House Menders was excellent from the first phone call until after the job was completed. I had some vinyl siding damage under the eaves from a wind storm and also the roof over the back porch was torn up. He called me within 1 hour of my putting an inquiry on HomeAdvisor and called me back with an estimate within a day or two. I accepted the estimate and he got a crew out and the job done very promptly. When they removed a gutter to finish the repairs they discovered some unseen rotted wood on the fascia. He sent me photos of it and called to see if I would approve the extra money to remove and replace them. I agreed and they finished the job by the next day. They sent me before and after photos at my request. The neighbors have told me what a good job they did and asked me for House Menders number so they could also get work done.
