"I had an electrical emergency on a Sunday of a holiday weekend. Glenn answered my call right away, and came out that very day. He explained what was wrong, how he was going to fix it, and why he was doing it. I ended up hiring Safe-Way to replace all the outlets in my house (old/bad wiring) and Randy came the next day. Randy showed up on time, he was friendly, he kept me apprised of his progress during the day, he cleaned up afterwards, and kept his mask on the entire time (during COVID outbreak) I'm very happy with the work, and will be using Safe-Way the next time I need repairs or installation."

"Came out the next morning and checked out the electrical outlets. The problem was we plugged in a coffee grinder and the cord flamed out. The electrician came out the next morning, because he knew this could be a big problem. After checking all the outlets on the circuit, determined it was an old, 30 year old coffee grinder. Our mind was at rest."

"Had to have some electrical work done at my home. Jake came out and was efficient and very courteous. Also was surprised at how inexpensive the service actually was. I will be using this company in the future and I would highly recommend them."

"Matt and Vince were absolutely amazing. Initial quote discussion was incredibly helpful, talked through all the options, listened to my ridiculous ideas and told me why they wouldn't work but how to achieve what we were trying to do another way. We decided to go with Trout specially because the two of them were happy to help and educate, and get us the work we wanted, within budget, while setting us up for the future more expensive work. Matt and Vince both came promptly, worked hard and gave us updates throughout the day. They made sure the work was done exactly as we wanted, everything was cleaned up afterwards, and all was explained. We will definitely recommend Trout Electric, and specifically Matt and Vince, to anyone who needs any work done."
