After buying the carpet there was no offer to help carry it to the car.  Perhaps if you're buying a larger piece of carpet, your customer service experience will be better. I did not do any other shopping to compare prices, so the rating for "Price" is just a guess.</p> <br />"

They don't do installation, but they arranged for us to contact three or four installers. We purchased the carpet and it came in right when they said it would.
