"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Of all the properties I own, this particular location was giving me the biggest headache. Constant water seen leaking right in the center of my building. I had three other companies come out to locate and fix the issue, I bought and paid for their service and still, water was coming in. I was furiated!!! Then, one of my associates handed me Kenn's card, owner of The Roofing Services, LLC. And I have to say, he is the most professional and most educational roofer I've met thus far. Fair cost for high quality repairs. I know Im giving this young man a call for any other issues my facilities might have. Why, you might ask? Because his repairs on my buildings haven't leaked since he left. Thanks Kenn,"

"Kevin took on a tricky fence project after a falling tree smashed some of the vinyl panels. He evaluated the damage and picked up the posts and panels I had ordered, even thinking to buy a couple of essential items I had overlooked. We were trying to match undamaged portions of an older fence with a different brand but similar style and Kevin was able to blend the two and make the final product look great, saving me hundreds of dollars that it would have cost to replace the entire fence. He also offered valuable advice and even offered to repair our power washer!"

"Sean was excellent! We will definitely be using Tommyâ s Appliance Repair for all our future needs!"

"I bought a Choice Home Warranty for my aging mother as I don't live in the same town as she does and can't help her in the way I'd like to, especially with repairs to her appliances and systems. Having a full home warranty with Choice, it has given me the peace of mind knowing that I can get someone in to help her that isn't taking advantage of her age and situation and overcharging her. We've had to have 2 repairs this first year; her gas stovetop and her washing machine. The stovetop took several visits to get the problem fixed but that was for parts, but we only had to pay the service fee and it works just fine now. We were very pleased with the repair serviceperson and how he treated my mother. The washing machine had a problem, we called, someone showed up and checked out the machine and said it was a really, really old washing machine and said it would be more expensive to repair that replace. Choice paid $350 for the washing machine replacement value and that doesn't really buy a replacement as Maytag washing machines run about $600 for the bottom model, but it still was something to help towards the cost of replacing and overall, I'm very happy with the Choice Home Warranty product."
