"Yates Flooring did a fantastic job. My customer experience from initial contact to installation exceeded expectations. Peter Yates has a can do/will do attitude and was always available throughout the quoting and negotiation process. The team of installers did quality work. Material estimates and timelines were spot on. They handled all removal, furniture and appliance moves, and cleanup. Very happy with the installation and would highly recommend Yates Flooring to others."

"Awesome! Scott Bowser and company were professional, thorough, detailed oriented, and experienced. I was able to get answers to my questions and help with choosing materials. When the problem of a rotten floor and a leak in the small bath arose, Scott and crew were able to resolve it and still finish the project on time and with a reasonable price."

HE has worked for us now for 25 YEARS. If you are wondering what kind of work this man does just drive by 1717 Bay Dr. KDH. He oversees Electrical work, plumbing work, a new concrete drive way, & Checks on our place. Keeps a key to our place. Michael is THE MOST DEPENDABLE CONTRACTOR at the OBX !!! If he does not do a good job for you I'll EAT MY HAT !!! HE IS A JACK OF ALL TRADES!"

"Very happy with the level of service provided. Would have been 5stars across the board, the only negative is my house and back door had cement splashed from the pouring of the cement pad. Although they tried to clean it up, my house and door still has stains and unfortunately the glass door has scratches from the removal of the cement. The team that worked on my project was very good and professional. I would recommend this company, for sure. I would also recommend putting a protective tarp up before pouring the cement pad."
