I was lucky that he had an opening in his schedule for a small job, otherwise I would have had to wait quite awhile since he is busy and does lots of large scale jobs. He gave me a fair price estimate on Tuesday and the crew built it on Thursday. From beginning contact to completion his communications were top notch, answering my questions, discussing details of materials and design, and final wrap-up. His builders Guillermo and Hydal were excellent. They had to create the curved corbels on-site, and they fined-tuned every detail of the trellis with me as they built.
