Gave me price options for toilets that would meet our needs, arranged for removal and installation within a couple days. They were here on time and within 1 1/2 hours had removed all 3, cleaned where the old toilets had been, hauled them away and had installed and caulked all 3 and were in their way. "Needed to replace a water heater that died and soaked the garage. Put the request out on Angi. I had three quick responses. Two companies could help me that day, one company needed 4 days to come out. Of the two companies, both seemed reasonable but NW Bathworks was more professional. NW Bathworks was informative about my options, up front on pricing, and made reasonable promises for delivery, and then exceeded my expectations. They were quick, professional, answered all my questions, and cleaned up after they were done working. I went with the tankless option and their installation work was superb. (It’s actually impressive to look at.) I can’t rate/review the heater yet - it’s only been a few days of use. But all is good so far."

"We requested a bid for installation of recessed kitchen lighting. What we got was an estimate for the cost of rewiring the knob-and-tube in our entire house, plus the cost of the fixtures. The rewiring alone was estimated over $18,000. Our home inspector informed us about knob-and-tube when we moved in, as well as the excellent condition of the wiring. Adding LED fixtures would have been a low draw on the system and we have since gotten a far better bid from another electrician. Our impression was that we were given a hard sell to spend almost $20,000 on a big project we did not ask for. There was no alternative solution offered. Additionally, the price quoted for the fixtures was very higher, higher than any I could find on a basic Internet search for the same fixtures, so big price gouging there on the materials. I am confident that these are skilled electricians, but as a homeowner and consumer, I felt that we were not heard and that the company, as represented by the initial contact with the lead electrician who seems to primarily be a salesman, is interested only in big-ticket jobs. If you need a big commercial project done, you may find Seatown to be your best choice. As a homeowner, I felt like the company's next prospective sale. We won't hire this company."

"After speaking with me, Tracy realized I was very upset about the situation, and had Rick call me to better understand my concerns and the facts of the situation.  I told him what had been done by the other company, and the information they gave me about the results of their inspection.  

Rick treated my concerns with great empathy and concern, and told me that in his experience the situation probably was not as dire as I thought.  He said he would have two of his folks come out the next morning to re-do the inspection and determine if a replacement was required.  Just speaking with him over the phone calmed my fears, and gave me the feeling that everything would turn out alright.  It was like talking with your big brother who you could always count on to take care of a difficult situation you found yourself in.  

It turned out the owner of the original company was at my house an hour after a call I made to them before contacting Aces Four.  They re-did the inspection and found, as Rick had surmised....that the line was fine, the dip in the line was minor, and they saw no issues that would require the line to be replaced.  

I will rely on Aces Four for my future plumbing, sewer, and water line needs from now on.  I thank Tracy and Rick for their concern and quick response to my situation.  They clearly care about their customers, and will do their utmost to provide outstanding services to anyone who calls them for help."

"This was a long process for us, with Rick providing a full estimate several months ago. Due to various tenant complications we were not able to implement the repair until recently. After additional review, fewer repairs were needed than we originally thought and we appreciate Alpine being flexible in responding to the job specifications. In the end we saved a significant amount of money and still feel the plumbing in our unit is 100% ready for our next tenant.
