"We had Specialized Shower Door, Randy, put in 2 frameless shower doors in our previous home. There were no problems. We purchased a smaller home to downsize and I had him put in another frameless shower door. Within a few months I contacted him because the door was misaligned and was putting pressure on the silicone side strip. Also, the silicone sweep on the bottom of the door was ripping. I sent several emails and made many, many phone calls. He never responded. My husband since passed away and after almost a year, I ended up going to Home Depot and found a similar silicone bottom sweep, but I didn't have the tools to cut it to size and had to use a razor blade to cut it and then I tried to file the rough edges which didn't really work. I am sure there are other companies who do better work and who have better customer service. I do not recommend this company. Randy will absolutely leave you hanging after the installation. He will not respond or try to fix any installation problems. Buyer beware!"

Oldham Neath is a co-founder of Second Saturday, and has been part of the Sacramento arts community for over 35 years. She managed the Solomon Dubnick Gallery for seven years, served as president of the Center for Contemporary Art for three years, and has been the Art Curator for KVIE Public Television since 2009. "We contacted Straightline Construction to replace our house’s skylight that had a large crack in it (previously plastic). Phil, the Project Manager, was extremely professional and measured our skylight for replacement. He provided us with multiple options, from a standard glass replacement to skylights with shades (manual or solar). We decided on the skylight with a solar shade. Straightline made the process extremely easy. We absolutely loved how it turned out, very high quality. The two person installation team did a great job and even installed the remote to open and close the shade in our kitchen. While installing the skylight they also sealed exposed nails and painted and resealed flashings. I highly recommend Straightline for your roofing needs. (I forgot to take before pictures of the inside of the old skylight. You could hardly see out of it and there was a large crack. Now we see clearly out of it.)"
