As the carpets hadn't been cleaned in a LONG time Ernie worked on them ALL day to get many of the stains out and get them fully clean. They also did a good job at stretching so all of the carpet was flat when they were done. Ernie's was very flexible with their scheduling and there was no mess left behind at all. Very happy with the results!"

"We had the work completed about 4 weeks ago. We had number of bids obtained, Carpet to Go (through Costco) was by far the best deal for the quality of work offered. Che was our salesperson. The estimate was scheduled within a week, and Che came to our place with number of samples for hardwood and carpet and was not pushy, allowed us ample of time to make decision, and he met us again at the Bellevue showroom. Two separate teams came to do our work, one for the hardwood and one for carpet. Both were very professional and did the work sooner than we expected. Every step of the way, the Carpet To Go staff (Che and Liz) checked on us and made sure that the work was being completed to our satisfaction. I definitely would hire them again. So far, 4 weeks on, we are extremely happy with the outstanding work done."

"Very happy with how thorough a job was done. We rented a house that the prior tenant had had cleaned by some cheapo outfit. He worked out of a minivan with what was one grade better than a rental machine, and half-a@@ed the job. Smith Bros came in and did a far superior job. They came before we moved in, so about a week after the other joker. Carpets that the rental agent said were “as is” due to stains, were cleaned to as near new as possible. It was my own dime, and it cost a lot of them. For 3 beds, big hallway, stairs, a small living room, and a 25x25 bonus room it was $500. A bit steep, but did twice as good as the other clown. And with 2 visiting grandkids on the floor, worth it."

"This process went amazingly smoothly. I needed to get my condo re-carpeted quickly to get it ready for sale. Mark came out right after the holidays in December to measure, and met with my realtor as I was still out of town. He provided a quote promptly.
